Shipping, payment & service information

Orders are dispatched discreetly and fully insured in transit. At checkout you choose insured delivery, express delivery or free pickup at our counter in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe.

Delivery is charged by total order weight: €25 up to 1 kg, €35 up to 2 kg, €45 up to 5 kg and €75 above 5 kg, each plus 21% VAT. Store pickup is free. Once your parcel leaves us, the tracking number and invoice are available in your account.

Prices are recalculated from the live spot market roughly every minute, with the premium shown openly on each coin and bar. Depending on the item, we apply the Belgian margin scheme, 6% VAT or 21% VAT; VAT-registered businesses can supply their VAT number at checkout.

For the payment options currently accepted on an order, please contact us — we confirm them with you before the order is finalised.

We buy single coins, inherited collections and bulk bullion, quoted against the same live spot price shown on the shop, with no hidden deductions. Bring your items to the counter or send the details through our valuation form.

Bonded, allocated storage is available on request rather than as a standard checkout option. Ask the desk and we will explain the arrangement and current terms for your holding.

Dealers, jewellers and businesses buying in volume can request trade pricing. Send the metals, products and quantities you need and we will quote per item.
