Right of Withdrawal

Under Belgian consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Bullion exception

Because precious-metal prices fluctuate with the market, sealed bullion products whose price depends on market movements are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal once the order is confirmed.

Damaged or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact sales@bullioncoins.be within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
